These terms apply to FluxBuddy websites, dashboard tools, documentation pages, and related bot services.

This includes current and future product functionality such as moderation tooling, alert integrations, reaction role systems, and ticket management workflows.

You must not misuse the service, disrupt operations, attempt unauthorized access, violate law, or break the rules of connected third-party platforms.

FluxBuddy relies on third-party platforms and APIs (for example Fluxer and optional creator platforms). Availability, policy changes, limits, and outages of those providers are outside our control.

We may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue features or documentation at any time due to security, legal, infrastructure, or upstream platform changes.

FluxBuddy and StreamerForge branding, content, and product materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property law unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

To the extent legally permitted, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction applies.
